How do I balance it?
Let me tell you a short story. Really, a short one. I wake up at 3 a.m., brush and sit to study in a room quite isolated from the inmates of the hostel. Why? Because, I have a very fickle mind, focus is hard to get. But once I get it, I can do a good magnitude of work without being disturbed.
